AI Learnings

1. Knowledge Base

Fabrix.ai maintains a centralized knowledge base that accumulates learnings over time. Each entry represents durable knowledge—operational rules, resolved incidents, domain nuance, or procedural guidance—that administrators can search, filter, and associate with personas and contributors. The knowledge base is the single place where the platform’s collective experience is recorded for governance, auditability, and reuse across agents.

2. Knowledge Base Key Capabilities

  • Automatically generated summaries

The system can produce concise summaries from agent activity, conversations, or operational events so that important outcomes are captured without relying solely on manual entry. These summaries reduce curation overhead, improve consistency, and help keep the knowledge base current as the system runs at scale.

  • Insight patterns extracted from operations

Beyond one-off notes, Fabrix surfaces recurring patterns from real operations—for example, preferred tool-usage order, filtering rules for time-bounded queries, or domain-specific distinctions that improved outcomes. Such patterns function as reusable operational insight: they encode what worked in practice and can be applied when similar situations arise.

  • Incident, RCA, and fix patterns

When failures or alerts occur, learnings can follow the structure of incident, root cause analysis (RCA), and fix. Recording this chain preserves not only that something failed, but why it failed and what remediated it. That structured history supports faster diagnosis and more reliable remediation when comparable incidents appear later.

  • Historical context agents can reuse

Agents and administrators can draw on prior learnings as historical context: proven steps, known pitfalls, and validated fixes. Reuse reduces repeated mistakes, aligns behavior with organizational standards, and lets specialized personas benefit from experience gathered outside a single session.

This knowledge base is the backbone of Fabrix’s continuous learning system: it connects day-to-day operations to durable improvements that compound over time.
